Here are some mp3 files of Manchester City chants and the written lyrics.
Before Carlos Tevez signed for Manchester City the fans sung the "Herman munster's head" chant to the united player. However, since he moved to Man City the fans have quite rightly changed the lyrics of the chant - sung to 'When Johnny Comes Marching Home' which goes: "They couldn't afford his transfer fee, Tevez Tevez. Now he plays for Man Citee, Tevez Tevez. We're sorry for the hateful words, We're sure you've snogged loads of birds. Car-los Tevez is fitter than Cheryl Cole".
The Original Tevez Chant
He's neck scars proves he's lost his head Tevez, Tevez,
He'll never have a sexy bird Tevez, Tevez,
The argy t*at, the ugly c*nt,
They've sewn his head on back to front,
Carlos Tevez, Herman Munster head...
Since the Manchester City take over by the Abdu Dabi group City fans have ironically chanted at the full house at Blackburn "You're only here for the money" in response to the critism that City's new players have only signed for money - despite some fans from other clubs being quite happy to shell out money to watch them when they wouldn't have done otherwise.
Marching With Abu Dhabi
We're on the march with Abu Dhabi,
We're buying everyone we see,
And we'll really shake em up when we're winning all the cups,
'cos city are the greatest football team...
Are We Too Rich For You
Are we too rich for you,
Are we too rich for you,
Are we too rich for you,
Are we too rich for you...
You’ve got six fingers on each hand
Sung to such teams that come from Norfolk or Middlesborough
You've got 6 fingers on each hand,You've got 6 fingers on each hand,
You've got 6 fingers on each hand,
You've got 6 fingers on each hand...
Fat Spanish Waiter
As sung to Rafa Benitez
Fat Spanish waiter,You're just a fat Spanish waiter,
Fat Spanish waiter...
We’re Not Really Here
We are not, we're not really here,
We are not, we're not really here,
Just like the fans of the Invisible Man,
We're not really here...
Hark Now Hear
Hark now hear,
The City Sing,
United ran away,
And we will fight for ever more,
Because of Derby Day..
Blue Moon
Blue Moon, you saw me standing alone,
Without a dream in my heart,Without a love of my own..
Na Na Na City
Nah nah nah, Na na na nah, Na na na nah,City...
Ireland Is Superman
Ireland is Superman,
Ireland is Superman,
Ireland is Superman,
Ireland is Superman...
Oh when the blues
Oh when the Blues go marchin in,
Oh when the Blues go marchin in,
I want to be in that number,
Oh when the Blues go marching in...
We Never Win
We never win at home,And we never win away,
We lost last week and we lost today,
But we don't give a f*ck,Cos we're all p*ssed up,
MCFC OK...

Vlad Weiss
Vlad Weiss was named in the starting line up alongside Martin Petrov. Vlad Weiss had an excellent game on the wing, frequently showing signs of brilliance and he did not look fazed nor out of place amongst the likes of Lionel Messi, Ibrahimovic, Puyol and Yaya Toure. Based on his preseason form Vlad Weiss could well expect to gain some needed Premiership experience against Wolves on Saturday.
Martin Petrov who has been linked with a move away from Manchester City recently scored again to increase his chances of breaking into the City starting XI. Barcelona controlled the early stages of the match until City broke away after a Barca attack on 27 minutes. Stephen Ireland threaded a ball through to Martin Petrov who coolly slotted home.
City almost scored again just before half time when Petrov struck a freekick into the area and Gareth Barry watch his header fly past the post.
City’s back four stood up to a Barcelona backlash in the second half, with Dunne in good form at the back. Barcelona’s efforts resulted in a Jonathan shot hitting the cross bar and a Messi shot that went just wide.
Shay Given pulled off a number of fine saves to underline his importance in the team. Given saved brilliantly with his feet to deny a debut goal for Ibrahimovic. On this form Given will provided a firm foundation for City’s assault on the Premiership Elite this year.In the final moments of the game Craig Bellamy had the chance to increase City’s lead after another Stephen Ireland pass. However Bellamy shot just wide.
Richard Dunne lifted the trophy infront of 94,000 fans at the Nou Camp – a major confidence builder ahead of Saturday’s first home game of the season against Wolves.

City started the game by dominating the possession – an attribute that has started to build up over the past couple of games. The domination was largely due to Ireland and Barry in the centre of midfield. City had some chances within the first 20 minutes with Ireland coming close from a Barry corner, Robhino and Adebayor both restricted to long range efforts.
Rangers went ahead after 20 minutes however, after a mistake by Toure, Nacho Novo took his opportunity to hit past former Celtic man Given. Several minutes later Robhino and Adebayor linked up to set up Stephen Ireland whose superb precise shot sailed past Alexander into the corner of the net.
Craig Bellamy received a hostile reception from the crowd in the second half as both sides made a number of substitutions. Martin Petrov opened the scoring after a Robinho pass, moments later Rangers equalised through Kenny Miller who excellently chipped on coming Given.
More subs saw the game lose its competitive edge. In the final moments Rangers won a corner and David Weir showed excellent technique to hammer the ball into the roof of the City net to give the Rangers fans a 3-2 win.
As with the Barnsley match there were encouraging signs for City. Instead of looking at the over all result the game must be broken down – there were too many substitutions and too many players that will be lucky to be on the bench at the start of the season. If you are going to blood a youngster – you might as well do it in a high profile friendly. Etuhu showed good skill on the right and could be a good proposition for the future, but he is not top 6 material.
Weiss again did well but it is obvious he needs more development to stop him running into dead ends or trying to take on one too many. However Weiss should feature for City during this premiership campaign to hold the torch for an academy that has clearly not been forgotten about.
Hughes also got the chance to see how certain players play with each other. An interesting combo was Robinho and Petrov in the same side, both combining to make the goal after half time. The problem of player pairing as ever, is in the defence. However they need time to gel. Richards still looks out of sorts, his fitness levels do not appear to be what they were two seasons ago. Zabletta – played out of position again would be a more professional option. Bridge with the added protection of Barry this year could answer his critics.
Dunne has to find his confidence, which is difficult to do with some City fans writing him off completely already. We need to get behind our captain because it does not look like we will be replacing him this summer after failing to land John Terry. Once Kompany returns to fitness we could see a pairing of Toure and Kompany at the back if Dunne does not find a run of form.
Goals from the game

Martin Petrov Linked with £5 million Spurs Transfer

This article would have been written sooner had I not almost choked on a sandwich in laughter when I first read the report. Martin Petrov has been a consistent light in the premiership for Manchester City. The talented winger could well force Robinho out of the side next season if the manager chooses a straight 4-4-2 formation. Why? Because Petrov is the only out and out winger at the club. He’s also the best crosser of the ball. He gives City an extra dimension, he gives the manager a choice of formations and a depth to a squad capable of sustaining a challenge to the top 4 and winning a domestic cup next year.
Spurs wish to prise Petrov away for £5 million! The only way Petrov would leave would be if he wanted too. Being the only player currently at the club that can play left wing and confident in his own ability - Petrov must consider himself worthy (and rightly so) of forcing his way into the starting line up. Maybe, only maybe in January if things are not going his way would he consider a move – surely.

Your 'avin a laugh - Petrov linked to Spurs
Knowing Harry’s past exploits in the transfer market he has probably got something up his sleeve - like trying to off load Bentley on City... but to be honest he’s probably just better off sticking to his deal for Peter Crouch.
