It is being reported that Carlos Tevez will fly into Carrington Monday to have a medical before being unveiled as a City player on Tuesday. Sky Bet had Tevez at 1/25 to join City tonight, 9/1 to join Chelsea. Paddypower had 20/1 for Tevez to join City.

Tevez has been on holiday for the last fortnight and City want the Argentine striker signed up before their tour of South Africa this week. The news will be a further blow to Chelsea from Manchester City since the London club have been pursuing Tevez until late last week. However Tevez has been persuaded to join Mark hughes and the ambitious project at Manchester City.
